The Forward Plan and Key Decisions
Following The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012, Tower Hamlets has launched a new style Forward Plan system.

The new Forward Plan will be published 28 days before each Cabinet meeting setting out information on all the Key Decisions that are expected to be taken at that meeting, along with decisions to be taken at future meetings where known. The precise definition of a Key Decision adopted by Tower Hamlets is contained in Article 13.03 or the Council's Constitution. Publication dates for future Forward Plans are available on the Cabinet web pages. In advance of being published on the new Plan, individual notices of new Key Decisions will be published as they are known and these are listed as New Issues.
